The service providers that handle personal information on our behalf.

Running Threeprinted means relying on a small number of service providers. Each one handles some personal information on our behalf, under a contract that limits what they may do with it. This page lists them, what they are used for, and what they receive.
This supplements our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, and none of these providers is permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Shipping carriers — the postal services and couriers that actually move a parcel — also receive the delivery address and recipient contact details in order to deliver it. Which carrier is used depends on the shipping option chosen for the order.
A note on data processing agreements
We are sometimes asked to sign a data processing agreement. In the ordinary case we are a data controller rather than a processor: we decide what personal information is collected on this Platform and why, including for sellers using it to run their store. We therefore sign the data processing terms offered by the providers above as their customer, rather than publishing our own for others to sign.

Where information is held
These providers operate primarily in the United States, so personal information is stored and processed there. If you are in Canada, that means your information crosses the border and may be accessible to US authorities under the laws of that country. We rely on our agreements with each provider to keep it protected to a comparable standard.
